Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be made by logging into your account and cancelling the class in your bookings area • A minimum of 18 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. This helps our studio run as efficiently as possible and keep prices as low as possible. • Cancellations made within 18 hours of your scheduled time will be charged in full. • No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions or paused membership access. • If the studio cancels a class, you will receive credit or a rescheduled session.
