Open studio
We practise the Pilates method in an OPEN STUDIO FORMAT which is quite unique in the industry.
It's a little like going to a gym, but using classical Pilates apparatus and moving through traditional exercise sequences.
Although we are in a small group environment, everyone is practising & moving independently, focusing on their own program, under the guidance and support of a teacher.
This was the way Joseph Pilates ran his studio at the end of his career when his method was most resolved.
The loft - unsupervised training space
To help make frequent practice more affordable for our members, we have proudly created a separate training space in our loft, for independent practice using the classical apparatus.
This space could be used before or after your main session, to warm up or practise a new skill. You can also book on other days around your main sessions, meaning you could practise 5/days a week for *$21/day
(* this figure is based off 2 session membership $80 + $25 for the loft weekly rate)
Video Library
To help clarify the nuances in the exercises for our community we have curated a collection of on-demand Pilates sessions for home practise.
A variety of categories to explore, from fun flowing classes that get you moving and help you feel the connections we look for in the classical system, to videos that break down and clarify traditional exercises and sequences.
This has been created to help reduce the frequency & cost normally associated with booking private sessions with a teacher to learn new skills.
The additional practise supports clients becoming independent in the main studio space.
Open Studio & Loft Training Timetable

We try to offer some flexibility in starting times for those that may need to start and finish a little earlier - these are listed below in brackets (*)
MONDAY - 6.30am (*open from 6.15am), 7.30am, 8.30am, 9.30am & 10.30am + 5.30pm (open from 5pm) & 6.30pm
TUESDAY - 6.30am (*open from 6am), 7.30am, 8.30am, 10.30am & 11.30am
WEDNESDAY - 6.30am (*open from 6.15am), 8.30am & 9.30am
THURSDAY. - 6.30am (*open from 6.15am), 7.30am, 8.30am, 9.30am & 10.30am + 5.30pm (open from 5pm)
FRIDAY. - 6.30am (*open from 6am), 7.30am, 8.30am, 9.30am & 11.30am
Because all clients are working independently, there is flexibility in the timing of your workout. If you arrive a little late or need to do a slightly shorter session you won’t be effecting anyone else.
