At Amity, we offer a thoughtful and personalised approach to Pilates—and we’re committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported and inspired.

 

To ensure the best experience for every client, we ask all new members to complete a short application before joining. This helps us understand your goals, background and how we can best support you on your journey.

Contrology is designed as a system — each session building on the last.  It requires repetition to remember the sequences & build connections.  For this reason, we require students to attend a minimum of two sessions per week to develop strength, precision, and understanding in a way that honours the method and supports long-term results.

  • Sessions run 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) with limited spaces available.

  • Morning sessions: 6.30am, 7.30am, 8.30am, 9.30am, 10.30am & 11.30am

  • Afternoon & Evening Sessions: 1pm, 5.30pm + 6.30pm

  • Please list at least 2 options (membership requires a minimum of 2 sessions per week)
