Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation must be made online by logging into your account and cancelling or rescheduling your booking.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. This helps our studio run as efficiently as possible and keep prices as low as possible.

You will have a month to use any credits from cancelled classes (credits expire at the end of each calendar month)

No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in paused membership access.

If the studio cancels a class, you will receive credit or a rescheduled session.
Unused credits are not refunded. Your membership secures your ongoing place in the studio, ensuring your reserved session time is held for you each week.
